Following 3 years in a strategic commercial role at the London head office of McArthurGlen, I came back to Italy, initially to launch their new destination in Naples, La Reggia, and subsequently to be the Head of Marketing for the ¾ billion euros retail destination, Serravalle Designer Outlet.
Throughout these 10 years client side, I gained invaluable experience not just in retail marketing (strategy and creative campaigns), but in investor commercial planning and management, property development, operational logistics, brand relationships, trading calendar management, visual merchandising… total retailing. How lucky was I!!!
During this journey I had the opportunity to work with many advertising and communication agencies in Italy. Guess what? It’s very hard to find someone who really gets this business and is passionate about retail.
So, in 2017, I together with partners created the new proposition of Nuvole: the retail brand conversion agency. And, like any good, talented, ambitious team, we want to win, get promoted and be champions… We also know how to party when we do win!!!

I am unashamedly agency through and through. After 10 years of big and small agency experience in London, covering the full range of off-line and digital campaigns, for clients as diverse as global fashion retailers and private banks with budgets from €30 Mio to €200K.
I left London as a group account director at VCCP Retail to return to Italy looking for a new career challenge.
Happily, I found what I was looking for in the new nuvole and joined as a partner in 2017 as the Client Services Director.
Creating a new agency culture of collaboration and partnership, whilst hugely challenging, has been highly rewarding not unlike bringing up my three little monsters at home!

As founder and CEO of London based, creative retail agency WARL, I had the delight of working with clients in Italy for over 10 years. Finding a permanent Italian home as a Partner in nuvole has simply been a joy!
At work, nothing beats the challenge of finding commercially powerful behavioural insights that drive sharp focused brand propositions resulting in compelling, distinctive creativity.
Out of work, the thrill of exploring new places whether on a horse, on a bike or on foot with my dogs, still wins!

After 4 years of madness, doing a degree in chemistry – what was I thinking? – I decided to follow my passion for design and communication.
20 years ago I began a creative journey which has culminated in me being a partner and Creative Director of the new nuvole. Along the way, I have had the privilege of discovering the power of great design, crafted typography, emotional ideas, images and words that all come together to create distinctive, memorable campaigns that genuinely convert.
Oh, there is one last thing I should warn you of: I am obsessed about the final quality of execution from film production standards to the paper a A5 leaflet is printed on… and, of course, what’s in my glass of wine! Apologies in advance.

As part of completing my MA in political philosophy, I had the good fortune to spend over two years studying in Copenhagen, whilst also working for the Italian Embassy. I subsequently returned to Italy for my final studies, whilst working on a pan-European media project for the European Commission Parliament.
Both these experiences triggered my fascination with the new evolving digital technologies and in particular digital media channels. As a result, I talked my way into the emerging digital powerhouse that is Google …a very lucky break!
After 2 international postings to Google offices in Poland and Ireland, I returned to Italy and in 2017 joined the new nuvole as a partner, to build an integrated digital skillset within the broader agency’s strategic and creative offer.
Do I still have the original Noogler hat? …of course I do, I’m a Xoogler!
